Positive Parenting focuses on building a connection and a healthy relationship with children while also providing children with boundaries, structure and natural consequences when needed.

Positive Parenting Malta

The aim of Positive Parenting Malta is to promote psycho-educational material and support for parents to enable them to provide a healthy environment and foster the development of a secure attachment with their children. Parents will be provided with positive parenting techniques and guidelines which are founded through research in the field and have the family dynamics and child development at heart. Parents will also have space to ask questions to professionals in the field. Moreover, support, information and guidance to the relevant local services will be given.

Events

Events are held regularly to raise awareness on positive parenting and to implement the action plans as outlined in the National Strategic Policy for Positive Parenting 2016-2024
